Director's Statement: If I were a futurist I would predict that the world Buckminster Fuller describes in the 20th Century, or the world we are familiar with today in the early 21st Century will be a very different world in the 22nd Century. 2014 is the 100th anniversary of the beginning of the "War to end all wars." As we transition into new emergent paradigms I wonder what 100th anniversaries will be widely observed in 2114. Note: Buckminster Fuller was an American architect, author, designer, inventor and futurist, He published many influential books such as “Critical Path" and he is the creator of the geodesic dome. Buckminster Fuller is credited for coining the phrase "Spaceship Earth."
