Roses, Thorns, and Dreams
Directed by Cynthia Wells
Logline: A woman explores her feelings at the end of a relationship.
Synopsis: There is conflict in the fractured pieces that compose her memory. In Roses, Thorns and Dreams, the dramatic action is carried by movement, falls and suspensions which are abstracted by the use of repetition and the exaggeration of simple gestures. From memory to reality... from trance into dance. Time is suspended creating space for our own experiences to resonate.
