Director's Statement: I created this film to capture a place that many of us have spent a lot of time at over the years despite its decline and (at times) inhospitality toward the community, as the mall has recently been sold and its future remains uncertain. Like the time capsule beneath Portage Place's broken clock tower, I hope this film serves to preserve a part of Winnipeg's downtown history.
