Synopsis: A cold-hearted financier realizes there'll be Hell to pay when the scheduled privatization of the Manitoba Traffic Safety Department is put under investigation. When his mobile communication tools fail him, he speeds off across the city in a mad dash to avert disaster, oblivious to two children smack in the middle of the street crossing. Unless some fantastic last-second traffic rescue occurs, bad driving and greed will claim their next victims.
