Synopsis: Story about a 70 year-old fisherman who, despite his daughter's efforts to dissuade him, ignores the legal restrictions on night fishing to rise at 3am every day to retrieve his nets from the lake. He must contend with his daughter, the fish inspector and old age. Intended to illustrate the struggle of old people to retain a sense of identity and pride in the face of changing ways and society's desire to put them away in homes.
