Director's Statement: My film “Bleach" (referring to its properties; corrosive, toxicity, cleansing, disinfectant and its possible fatality) combines the exploratory nature of camera less animation with digital film software. This was a challenge for me as an animator/ filmmaker to combine two completely different approaches to filmmaking: the directness and intimacy of camera less/handmade animation with the technical capacity of After Effects/digital media software program into a finished film.

Inspired by recent experiences and literature I was interested in exploring thoughts and the nature of mortality. This topic relates to my aesthetic of working with archetypical subjects of moral dreads like death, insanity, etc.
